About the Event
With a vast selection of exotic reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates, small mammals, plants, birds, and more, we have a lot to offer the exotics enthusiast! There are plenty of buy/sell/trade opportunities, as well as photo ops and educational moments!

The West Virginia Reptile Expo is not only the largest exotic animal event in WV, but we work hard to make sure it is also the most ethical. We believe the welfare of these beautiful animals should be ours (and our vendors') top priority.
Whether you are a seasoned collector or totally new to the exotic pet world, you'll have a blast at the WVRE! Our vendors are always available to answer questions regarding the species they have at the show. We encourage our guests to do plenty of research before purchasing!

West Virginia State University Wilson Student Union
Search "Washington Avenue, Institute, WV" in your maps app and look for our signs & banners leading to free parking at the Wilson Student Union! You can also search 301 Washington Ave, Institute, WV 25064 but we find the former way of searching to be easier since we're located on a college campus with many buildings and maps apps can be funky sometimes!

The WVSU campus is less than a minute from the Institute exit coming into Charleston.
